The Power of the Board
(Tuesday) The Board determined the value of the stock stock was nine  cents a share but none was for sale. Yesterday it was worth two hundred fifty dollars per share. (Wednesday) I think I will give ten thousand of my bearer shares of this worthless stock to each of my Kids. Gee, that's only nine hundred dollars worth of stock, and will you look at that, it is way under what they would have to claim on their taxes as a gift. (Thursday) Is that amazing, the board has reconsidered the value of the stock and determined it to be worth two hundred fifty dollars per share again. (It is good to be the only board member).

Credit Uses
Use the S-Corp to get things on credit, do not make a distribution of dividends, pay yourself $20K/year and you may qualify for the earned income credit (Caution- the property owned by the Corp is at risk if the business is sued).

I can have more than one Incorporation in the state of Florida? Let us say I have nine. Can Each one hold one tenth of my assets so that even if I got sued personally or one of the Incorporated entities and lost, I would only have 10 percent of my assets at risk at a time?
